FOHP was one of many Friends of Park groups hosting DeKalb County Health Department’s 1st Annual Park RX Day. Using parks to reduce stress, improve mental health, and participate in physical activities are all just what the doctors order. We celebrated a day of good health with health screenings, games, yoga, healthy snacks, short hikes, and more. Play in the park! Walk! Do yoga! Have fun!
